shirts for a cause!
I came across these shirts today via a for-profit called
sevenly, and was instantly moved after watching the video. I really love the idea of clothing becoming something more than just what we wear, and think it can really be used for good. After you go and buy all my etsy clothes so I can give more $$$$ to human trafficking organizations, go buy these shirts too. I also appreciate the video because it is happening in our own cities- not just internationally. Become aware and support!

DIY friendship bracelets
I have totally jumped on the stacking bracelet trend (or arm party if you will, coined by my secret bff the man repeller)going as far up as I can go without hitting my elbow. My friend Laura has been into embroidering lately, and we stumbled upon bracelets made out of embroidery thread, and they're perfect for this very look! I found this tutorial from Honestly WTF for some modern-day- friendship bracelets. They're cheap, easy and more practical for casual days (but can also be dressed up for a fancy night). I can't wait to make some and give them to my bff's, but my real ones.
